1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting wooleytrenchless.com or engaging Wooley Water Sewer Trenchless ("Wooley") for service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Services

Wooley provides residential and commercial sewer and drain services including trenchless sewer repair, CIPP pipe lining, pipe bursting, hydro jetting, sewer line repair, and sewer camera inspection in the Columbus, Ohio metro area. Specific service availability is determined on a per-job basis following a camera inspection.

3. Quotes and pricing

All published pricing ranges on this website are estimates for typical residential laterals in the Columbus market. Final pricing is provided in writing after a camera inspection confirms pipe material, diameter, depth, run length, and failure type. A signed written quote constitutes the binding price for the work described.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start without charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a 00 dispatch fee at Wooley's discretion.

5. Warranty

Wooley provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all CIPP pipe lining and pipe bursting installations, transferable to subsequent owners. Material warranties from manufacturers (Perma-Liner, Pow-R Mole, etc.) apply per the manufacturer's published terms. Spot repairs and traditional excavation work carry a 1-year workmanship warranty.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use. It does NOT cover damage from grease/foreign objects flushed into the line, ground movement / earthquake / sinkhole, third-party excavation, or freeze damage from a homeowner shutting off heat to plumbing.

6. Permits and inspections

Wooley pulls all required permits and arranges municipal inspections. Permit fees are passed through at cost. If a municipal authority requires additional work or fees that were not foreseeable at the time of quoting, Wooley will notify the customer before proceeding and may issue a change order.

7. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each written quote. Standard residential jobs require a deposit at scheduling and the balance due on completion. Commercial jobs follow net-30 terms unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments over ,000.

8. Limitation of liability

Wooley's total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that work. Wooley is not liable for consequential damages including lost rent, lodging, business interruption, or property values, except where caused by Wooley's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
